2. The state is presently  at a 5.6% fatality rate per 10,000 registration the same as 1983(prior to the helmet law) with the registration being the same. This is very a important statement as Riders Education was very minimal in 1983.
   
3. We also have a printed statement from the Director of Nebraska Tourism that the passing of LB303 would be a substantial increase in Tourism revenues.
4. We have also uncovered a study done in 1991 by O.R.I. Polk & Co.( nationally recognized sales analysts) that shows motorcycle sales dropped 41% in Nebraska after the law was passed.
