The last minutes of LB 253
LB253 dies - but it was close!
Here are the final few minutes of our bill...and the official website they came from:

Needless to say, if YOUR Senator voted in the "affirmative" for LB253, PLEASE send them a note thanking them for their support.
If your Senator voted in the "negative"...well, thank them for at least considering the legislation and express your displeasure as a voting constituent (Don't go off the deep
end, we lost and should be gracious in defeat)
If your Senator voted "negative" and you contacted them and/or attended Lobby Day...well, you did about all you could.
If your Senator voted "negative" and you didn't bother to contact them or didn't bother to attend Lobby Day...well...:(
Here is the Secretary of State webpage that contains the names of those candidates who've already filed to run in the May primary. Might think about getting hold of these folk and figuring out if they support ABATE's
initiatives or not.
